Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @emerson. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about removing a glass shelf.
I suspect this mounting bracket and shelf are both proprietary products, so I can't see a need to remove the glass from the bracket unless that is required to remove the bracket itself. Perhaps search around the bracket for a small hole that might have a grub screw inside. This method is often employed to connect fixtures to a tiled wall. You could remove the glass by tapping it out of the bracket holder with a hammer and flathead screwdriver. Ensure you wear appropriate PPE including safety glasses, face mask, gloves, a long-sleeved shirt and trousers, and enclosed footwear. As mentioned, I don't believe you'll find a replacement glass shelf to slide in; you'll need to replace the whole glass shelf and bracket. If you are not confident in removing the shelf yourself, I'd suggest you employ the services of a professional to do so for you.
You also might like to include a few more images of the bracket in its entirety and from different angles so our helpful members can better understand what you're working with.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
