What's procedure is to repaint the old bath tub ? What materials is to buy please?

I suggest having a quick look at this guide - How To Paint a Bath Tub. Please note that the paint used Rust-Oleum 946ml White Gloss Tub And Tile Refinishing Kit is only compatible with porcelain on steel baths. It's not recommended to be used on flexible PVC or acrylic baths. If your bath is PVC or acrylic and flexes when being used, I can only suggest engaging the services of a professional to have its surface redone. The store currently does not have a paint product that can be used on a flexible bath.
