How to repair a chipped tile?

I have this chip on the tile in the shower right at the bottom

I wanted to know how I can repair it

If I had another tile I would replace it but unfortunately I don't have any spare tiles as the house is over 25 years old and I doubt I can find a place that sells them

I would appreciate anyones help

Hi @Bel02,

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is wonderful to have you with us.

I'd suggest using PC-11 56g White Epoxy Paste to fill the hole in your tile. It is a waterproof filler compound that sets to an off white colour.

Apply the filler so it sits roughly flush with the surface of the tiles, then paint it with Rust-Oleum 13.3ml White Tub And Tile Touch Up Kit.

This will give you a clean, water-resistant repair that should blend in well with the surrounding tiles.

Thanks for reply the only issue with the Rust-Oleum 13.3ml White Tub And Tile Touch Up Kit it's in white and my bath is ivory

Unless you have ivory paint you can buy after using the PC-11 56g White Epoxy Paste

It would increase the cost by quite a bit, but if you couldn't use the Rustoleum Tub and Tile Touch Up Kit, you could use a tintable tile paint such as the Dulux Renovation Range Tile and Benchtop Paint or White Knight Renew Tile And Laminate Paint, which require the application of either the Dulux Renovation Range Primer or the White Knight Renew Tile And Laminate Primer Paint prior to application.

I'd try filling the gap with the PC-11 Epoxy Paste and seeing what you think. It might blend in nicely enough that you don't need to add any paint.
