Hello @Geeman
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your shower floor.
When the ceramic finish of the tile starts to come off it's often an indication that the tile has structurally started to fail. It is difficult to determine why exactly this happened, but the cracks surface has started to crack and peel. Because the tiles are in the shower which makes it impossible to recommend any type of adhesive as it will be simply peel off in the intense heat of the shower. Unfortunately, there is no wipe on adhesive that will cover the entire shower base and the walls tiles around it.
If you are not ready to replace the tiles in your shower, I suggest using a Barelli Non-Slip White Rubber Bath-Mat - 40x70cm. When the time comes and you have the resources to renovate the shower area, that would be the time to replace the tiles.
Let me call on our experienced members @Dave-1 and @Nailbag for their recommendations.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Hi @Geeman
I can't say I have seen that happen before. Replacing the tiles has a couple of complications. The obvious first one is matching the tile pattern. But as you intend to renovate in a couple of years, then a mis-match isn't a great concern. The next issue is that replacing tiles could mean damaging the waterproofing when the tiles are lifted. A possible DIY solution would be to use a tinted tile paint and recolour the affected areas. Multiple coats will help with any difference in height.

Good Morning @Geeman
Thats something I havnt seen before, and really cant add to @EricL 's temporary suggestion plus factor bringing the renovation of the shower forward if possible (Maybe make that room a first room to redo)
It kind of looks like other tiles have also had that issue? Is water escaping under the house at all?
Dave
thks for the feedback Dave, it does look like some tiles have been previously repaired and a leak repaired in the ceiling under, thinking the full reno sooner might be best
Hello @Geeman
If the project is within your current budget, then I would suggest engaging the services of a tiler and a waterproofing professional to give you a quote on how much the repair will cost.
