Hi,
I accidentally flooded the laundry sink for 3-5 mins which resulted in some water getting into our laundry laminated particle board bench top (Duropal).
The edge against the wall cabinet looks it may not have been sealed adequately and has swelled / blistered up as well as the underside of the bench which results in the under sink cabinet doors needing to be forced shut (they are rubbing against the swollen middle section, see second picture below). Just wondering if there are any repair options to prevent further damage and restore function (e.g. sanding / shaving the swollen section back and re-sealing the laminate) so the cabinet doors can shut more smoothly apart from outright replacement. Small cabinet leg section at the tiled floor is also similarly but less severely swollen, maybe this can be clamped and sealed / glued back together to prevent further water damage?
Pictures attached below. Thanks for your help!
