I live in a highset house in Durack, The current old toilet suite is leaking inside and outside so I will need to replace it, I know its a P trap design and thats all I know about it. When I look at bunnings websites there are many to choose from but I am not quite sure which one to choose so it can fit the current plumbing position at my house. I will book bunnings installation service as well. I am seeking help, are these ones will suit?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your toilet suite.
The toilet suites you've chosen will work with the "P" trap you currently have. The main issue is the location of the cistern tap; it is in the way and will get hit by the skirt of the back to wall pan. All the toilet suites you've chosen requires that the cistern tap be at the back left hand side of the top of the cistern. This is how the majority of the toilet manufacturers have designed the back to wall toilet suites.
It will be necessary for the plumber to cut into your wall and move the cistern tap accordingly. Please keep in mind that this will be an extra expense to your installation. You do have the option of getting a traditional toilet suite such as the Estilo White Close Coupled Rimless P Trap Toilet Suite WELS 4 4.5L/Full, Stylus Venecia P Trap Toilet Suite WELS 4 Star 4.5L/Full and the Stylus P Trap Allegro Link Toilet Suite WELS 3 Star 6L/Full. These are close coupled toilet suites, and they don't require that the cistern be very high and the cistern tap can remain where it is.

If I buy it the plumber has to definitely cut wall to move the cistern tap accordingly? I feel like its design is quite similar to this one

The toilets you've mentioned are quite different. The Estilo White Close Coupled Rimless P Trap Toilet Suite WELS 4 4.5L/Full has no protruding section at the rear of the pan apart from the outlet. However, the Mondella Cadenza Close Coupled Rimless Toilet Suite WELS 4 Star 4.6L/Full has a swept section on the rear, which encroaches on the wall. Since this section is 180mm high and the tap is 200mm high, it's likely to make contact. The only way to really tell would be to have a plumber try to install it.
I would recommend you go with a similar style toilet, such as the Estilo White Close Coupled Rimless P Trap Toilet Suite WELS 4 4.5L/Full, and take advantage of our Toilet Installation offer.
