How to replace a shower head?

Hi brains trust!

Just wondering if anyone has any advice on how I would go about replacing my shower head? I have seen shower heads with the bar but not all of them have the hose attachment. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Are you able to show us the style of showerhead you would like to have? What was the particular issue you wanted to address with this arrangement? With more information, we can guide you on how to swap them over. 

Your current setup has a low-mounted connection point for the water, limiting what it could be changed over for.

It would be great to better understand what we can assist with.

Thanks so much Mitchell. I basically just wanted a refresh as the current shower head is quite faded and the spray is a bit limited. A rain shower head would be amazing if possible. Not too worried about maintaining the hose.

You could have something like the Methven Krome 3 Function Twin Shower System WELS 3 Star 9L/min installed, but it would need to be in line with the wall outlet, marked in red. Alternatively, a Estilo Serena Hand Shower And Rail Set WELS 3 Star 9L/min could fit in the current location, though it lacks a rain head.
