Hey everyone,
I am wanting to replace our old laundry cabinet with a newer cabinet that has drawers.
I have never renowed anything and know nothing about it, I am looking at getting the Everhard Drawer system laundry unit but with the unit we have, when you open the cupboard there are pipes there and I am unsure if they are going to get in the way of the drawer system.
Any advice or thought would be greatfully appreciated please!
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @SarahJazz. It's wonderful to have you join us and many thanks for your question on laundry tubs.
The Everhard Nugleam 45L Drawer System Laundry Tub has enough space under the bottom drawer for your outlet pipe to come up from the floor. From there, the pipe can be directed towards the back of the cabinet with a right-angled bend. It then takes another right-angled bend and runs up through the rear 80mm gap behind the cabinet drawers, where it can be connected to the trap located in the rear section of the unit. From the trap, the pipe continues upward, takes another right-angled bend back towards the front of the tub, and passes through a cutout in the top drawer, allowing it to connect neatly to the outlet waste from the sink. This routing keeps the pipes tucked away behind the drawers while still providing full functionality of the cabinet system.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
