How to replace exhaust fan?

The exhaust in my bathroom is a 3 in 1 'Ringgrip' brand - no longer available. Cover dimensions are 43.5cm by 26cm. Would a 'Martec' 3 in 1 be a suitable replacement? Photos are of current old ceiling fan & box of new Martec 3 in 1.

Re: How to replace exhaust fan?

Hi @AMCW,

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community and thank you for your question.

Ultimately, you are going to require the assistance of an electrician for the removal and reinstallation of the new unit. They will make the final call, but it does appear like it should work based on the size of the face plate. If necessary, they can always make the hole larger to accommodate.

Assuming you have enough of a cavity to accommodate the 205mm depth, then the Martec 3 in 1 appears like it will work.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Jacob
