Where can I buy the light bulb? How much it cost?
Do I need to ask electrician to replace the light bulb or any maintenance guy can do it? It’s on my rental property and I am currently in overseas.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Frank18. It's terrific to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about replacing a light globe.
Heat globes can be purchased from Bunnings. You'll need to check the globe to determine if it is a 275w or 375w. It should be written on the front face. There's no need to hire an electrician; a general handy person can replace it for you.
