How to replace leaking laundry conversion taps?

Shaw & Mason tap set

I know where the leak is and what is causing it, my problem is locating a replacement part (the washer/seal circled in red) the washer for the spout outlet is readily available but no mention of this one, can you advise part number and supplier?
