Toilet seats aren't specific to the toilet, so there's no real need for us to worry about the specific model of toilet.
It is just a matter of matching up the size and shape. Most toilets are relatively similar in size, so there shouldn't be much of an issue.
Based on the shape of the seat and the cover plate going between the cistern and pan, I believe this Estilo White Soft Close Adjustable Link Suite Toilet Seat should work, assuming the mounting points line up.
