I've just moved into a new place. The shower floor has some missing tiles, so water goes onto the [cement? flooring underneath]. The seals along the edges of the tiles also look gone.
I would like to patch this up until the bathroom is completely re-done next year. I don't care about aesthetics, just about preventing any more water from leaking.
One problem is the tiles are very small- the smallest squares are approx 18mm x 18mm. The larger square is approx 40mm x 40mm. If there's a substance (silicon?) that I can put in the holes instead of new tiles, that will last for a while, happy to do that instead.
Can anyone suggest what I could do:
a) in the next few days as a temporary patch?
b) anything I should do in the next few weeks/months as a longer lasting patch?
