I recently replaced a showerhead in my 2nd shower with a new one from Bunnings, due to leakage. The new one does not give adequate flow compared to the last one and my existing one. I have enclosed photos of the old one, the new one, and my gas hws. There is good pressure coming from other hot water taps. Can you help please?
Hello @gding450
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your shower head.
Some shower heads are sometimes tagged not suitable for continuous hot water systems. It's important to take note of this as the shower head may not function as it should in certain conditions. However, I suggest checking if the shower head arm or head has a water reducing disc that may be slowing the water down even further. Your shower head has a three-function setting, I suggest using the one that has the largest spray where the water comes out of the yellow spraying section and not the ones in the middle.
If none of the suggestions work, I can only suggest exchanging the shower head for a single function one that is more suited to low pressure systems. Please remember to bring your docket with you so that the customer service team can track down your sale.
