What moisture meter is affordable?

Looking for an affordable moisture meter, those show readings on surface of the material (tile), without the two pins ?

Both the Crommelin Moisture Meter and the Ozito 6 -60% 0.2 -2.9% Digital Moisture Meter ODMM-P11 along with the Scandia Moisture Meter all use the two pin detectors. I'm sorry but the store does not carry any other type of surface moisture meter.
