What primer do I use to seal Hebel before water proofing it

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about what primer to use on Hebel blocks.
I propose using Davco 1L Ultraprime Surface Primer as it is designed to be used before applying tile adhesive and waterproofing membranes. It is also rated for indoor and outdoor use.
