We are lining a bathroom as part of a reno, plan to use aquacheck. The install guide (pic below) mentions flashing in the shower area as an additional waterproofing measure. What product would you suggest to use for this? And does it only need to be the shower area or the entire bathroom where the walls meet the floor?

You can use a waterproof and corrosion-resistant flashing such as this Brutus 50 x 75mm x 3.0m Jazz Building Moulding Flashing or this James Hardie 75 x 75mm Colorbond Corner Flashing.
The National Construction Code (NCC), Part 10.2 Wet area waterproofing, specifically Part 10.2.3, states that in areas outside of shower areas -
"Wall/floor junctions must be—
While a waterproof junction can be achieved using flashing in combination with your waterproofing membrane, it can also be achieved using Bond Breaker Joint Sealant and Bond Breaker Joint Band.
To put it simply, outside of the shower area, you can choose your method; inside the shower area, you will need the flashing.
