Hi lm wanting to know what tools and tapes do you need to fit a new flick tap in my kitchen.
What tool do I need to undo my toilet seat so I can push it back so it fits properly.
Thanks.
Hello @sue62
Just a friendly reminder that any plumbing work must be carried out by a licensed plumber for safety and compliance.
Thanks for sharing your question about what tools to use for plumbing. I propose getting basic tools such as a Philips and flathead screwdriver, an adjustable shifter, standard and long nose pliers. The only extra tool I would suggest getting is the Craftright 250mm Multi Grip Plier. You can get a roll of plumber's tape if you wish.
Your tap mixer will come with instructions and will mention the tools you'll need to use to install it. In regards to the toilet seat, would it be possible for you to post a photo of the hinge assembly? Preferably with the seat up so we can have a clear view of the hinge.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
Eric
