It is the Rheem Electric Water Heater 180L 488 x 1720mm Galvanised Steel.

I've sent an in email to Rheem NZ and as soon as we receive a response, I'll let you know if the HWC comes with a tempering valve.

I've just spoken to RheemNZ and the 180L unit you are referring to does not come with tempering valve and must be purchased separately. It does however come with a TPR valve which is a temperature and pressure relief valve.
