how to fix the water leaking from cold side, hot water side is ok.

I have a single mixer tap in my bathroom, it was leaking water and I have replaced a new cartridge. However, when I turned on the cold water, the tap was still leaking, the hot water was not leaking at all. How can I fix it? Thanks a lot!
