An easy D.I.Y. fence built using Merbau decking boards and Whites Screen Up posts.

The project

 

I used Merbau 90mm wide decking boards and Whites Screen Up mounting posts to build this fence. It was easy to do once the mounting posts were attached. I just had to be sure that all the timber pieces lined up over the various sections of fencing.

 

A lot of dry fitting happened but it's a simple process. If things don't look right, just pull the wood and spacers out and have another go. I'm very happy with how it turned out. I need to secure the gate with a lock and then it will be finished. Not bad for a first go at building a fence!

@RodneyWell done, that looks great, and has a much nicer character than the colourbond fences. Your post has given me some inspiration to perhaps use these items for an outdoor shower as well!
