Tired of beige and blah? We transformed our space with a fresh, modern twist - ditching dull wallpaper for sleek timber panels and embracing on-trend hues like calming sage green. This DIY project brought warmth, texture, and personality back into our home, proving that a little paint and creativity can make a big impact. Goodbye cookie-cutter, hello character!

Inspiration: Gathered ideas from design magazines, Pinterest, and colour trend reports. Goodbye boring beige!

Planning: Chose a new colour scheme to replace beige before deciding on calming sage green.

Preparation: Cleared furniture, protected floors, and cleaned walls.

Wall repairs: Patched holes, smoothed surfaces, and primed walls.

Painting: Applied fresh coats of sage green and complementary tones.

Timber panel selection: Chose modern panels to add warmth and texture.

Installation: Measured, cut, and fitted timber panels to feature walls.

Enjoyment: Stepped back to admire a completely refreshed and personalised space. Still a bit more styling to do but so far we are loving our refreshed home!
