Painting with Dulux Monument and adding Matrix panels spruced up this fence, and an affordable new outdoor entertaining area was added with artificial grass, shade sails and outdoor furniture.

The project
After trying to decide between painting our back fence with Dulux Monument or Domino, we ended up choosing Monument and it looks amazing. My husband also created a bar area and used artificial grass that was on special for $39 at Bunnings. We also added shade sails and Matrix panels to the fence.
We have even inspired the next door neighbours and they want to paint their fence in Monument too.

More inspiration for your fence project
Spray painting their fence saved Bunnings Workshop member KingStreetReno "hours and hours of paint time" and there wasn't a huge mess to clean up in their courtyard afterwards. The finish has earned lots of admirers in the Workshop community.
Workshop Community Manager Jason renewed his tired fence using a paint spray gun and found that it was quick and easy. Years on, the colour is still "holding up well".
