Master ensuite renovation

Question

A complete ensuite bathroom transformation including waterproofing, new floor and wall tiles, new shower and toilet.

The project

We had a very dated terracotta and cream ensuite. The problem was that it was the same size as our bedroom and made no statement. So we decided to bring it up to date and match other rooms we renovated.

Steps

Step 1

Demolition, all into the skip bin!

Step 2

Get plumbers in to hook up extra shower head, plumb bath and toilet.

Step 3

Waterproof entire room. Then ready to remove windows.

Step 4

Tilling time! Followed by shower screen install. All plumbing sorted.

Step 5

Finished!

Materials used in the project:

* White wall tiles 
* Koolabah toilet, rimless back to wall
* Double wall hung vanity and shaving cabinets
* Semi frameless glass
* Shower heads x 2
* Waterproofing.

Tools used in the project:

* Reciprocal saw
* Tile cutter
* Grouting tooling
* Skip bin for demolition.
