A mobile workbench reduced in size and fitted with a tailor-made Specrite timber panel.

The project

Hi, I decided to change my existing mobile workbench to a smaller one, 916mm x 600mm. I purchased some Specrite timber panel Okoume FJ Laminated from Bunnings.

I purchased the base material and assembled it at home. I then cut the timber to the size required and coated it with satin varnish clear coat and fitted it to the base.

I made it so I could use it as an out-feed table for the saw and it's the same height as my main workbench, too. I wanted a small mobile workbench so I can wheel it outside the workshop/garage when required.

Good morning @JoeAzza

Now thats a flash looking workbench! Tho my main question is where did you lay your hands on the steel framming?

So handy to have benches at the same height but id be tempted to use yours in the kitchen as it looks so sleek but industrial!
