Hi, I've recently moved into a new home, and I've got a shed that has a rather large gap between its walls and the ceiling. The space has a shared roof with the rest of the house and is supported by brick piers framed out with wood and external cladding on two walls, and the other two walls are brick. As a stop gap measure, I've thought about expanding foam, but I'd like to eventually plaster the walls inside and potentially use the space as an office.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Hi @artizan,
Timber at the ends secured with brackets.
Roofing with same profile go's under at the top and overlaps at the bottom.
Cheers
Hello @artizan
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your shed wall and ceiling.
It's great that you've received excellent advice from @AlanM52. I agree with his suggestion of using timber then creating a frame and roofing it with the same profile. It will make it blend in and prevent it from standing out once attached. Before you begin your office conversion in regards to turning the space into an office, I suggest checking your local council's rules and regulations in regards to room conversion.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Thanks Alan, really appreciate the suggestion, and for illustrating what I'm looking at. I'll give it a crack!
Thanks Eric. Yeah, I'm mindful of council rules and won't move on it until I've got the all clear.
Cheers,
John
