How to fix garage door after pulling rope?

I attempted to open door without using control. Pulled down too hard on the rope and disconnected.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your garage door.

I suspect that you have activated the manual release mechanism of your garage door. I've placed a copy of the instructions on how to re-engage the trolley to the chain shuttle. If it fails to re-engage, I suggest calling the service number printed on the I.D. tag of the garage door opener.
