I am currently building a tiny house and need some advice on ways to secure it to the ground to decrease the likelihood of damage from wind and earthquake. I am thinking of using four (or maybe six?) Otter 690 x 90mm Ground Screw Stirrups on each side of the house. The tiny house is 8 l x 2.4 w x 4.2 h and weights about 3.7 ton. Would this ground screw be strong enough for the application? What's the best way to attach these to the trailer? Thanks!
