I purchased the Ryobi RTR440 router at the specials desk and it was missing a few parts. The part Im having trouble with purchasing is the Collet 6.35mm part #2514569

What sort of issues have you experienced? Have you attempted to order the part through your local store's special orders desk? Failing them being able to order a replacement collet from Ryobi, I'd be happy to facilitate the return of the router for you.
