Ryobi router collet

The Ryobi 1600W Plunge Router accepts two types of collets. One is 6.35mm and the other one is 12.7mm these parts need to be specially ordered from the Special Orders Desk. The part number for the 12.7mm collet is 039824001106 and is referred to as Part number 60 in the Ryobi parts diagram. It's always advisable to double-check with the Tool Specialist and Special Orders desk to make sure that you are ordering the correct part. I'm sorry to hear that you've not had success with your inquiries with the collet for your Ryobi RTR440. Let me give our provider a call and as soon as I find out if your collet is in stock, I'll let you know.

Thank you so much for your patience. The good news is that the collet for the RTR400-S is available. I was a bit confused as your other post was referring to the RTR440 and realized that this was not the correct model. The part number for the collet is #039823001022. It is in stock and can be ordered at the special orders desk.

Sorry to pickyback off this post, but I'm i a similar situation with the Ryobi RRT1600-S - no 12mm collet.

Could I get parts number for this to order please?

@EricL mentions above that the part number for the 12.7mm collet is 039824001106 and is referred to as Part number 60 in the Ryobi parts diagram.

The RRT1600 is a full-sized router that takes 12mm collets. 6.34mm collets are typically designed to be used in trim routers and, unfortunately, don't fit in the full-sized machine.

According to the bunnings website for the tool (https://www.bunnings.com.au/ryobi-1600w-plunge-router_p6210608) it uses both 6.35mm and 12.7mm. Can you please clarify?

I have been advised by Ryobi that the part number is 039824001103 for the 1/4 Inch Collet
