DIY PALETTE CRATE (Made by Samsworkshop)

I’m Sam, I’ve got AWE-tism and am the man/myth/legend of ‘Samsworkshop’ on instagram. I decided to recycle an old wooden pallet and turn it into a small crate with a lid. We’re currently using it to store potatoes in our pantry.

Found a pallet!

Cut it up

Sanded the rough edges

Assmebled main frame

Step 6

Went to Bunnings to get wood for lid

Step 7

Cut lid

Step 8

Had a boogie

Step 9

Screwed bottom on

Put hinges on

This is a fantastic beginner's project using recycled materials. I'm sure it is already proving useful as storage in the pantry.
