Can I use Eziwall block as step for pool entrance?

We constructed this using Eziwall blocks. For the sub-base, we used compacted road base followed by sand to level the surface. We filled the void with large scrap rocks, and then we will pour concrete. Will this be structurally sound for its intended purpose? Feedback and recommendations please! Thank you.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about Eziwall block step.

My only suggestion is to level the scrap rocks as best you can so that when you pour the concrete it will be a uniform fill. I also recommend having a look at this guide - How to pour a concrete slab by @tom_builds. This should help you in regards to adding support to your concrete step.
