How to add dual outlet garden tap for hose and retic?

I want a dual outlet for my outdoor garden tap, to utilise one outlet for garden hose, and one outlet to attach a 19mm retic black poly pipe to. What dual outlet is recommended and how to I attach the poly pipe to the fitting? (The poly pipe obviously has a different diameter to a garden hose).

I'd suggest this Holman 2 Way Metal Tap Outlet is a good option for the dual outlet. They will connect to most standard garden taps, but it is worth measuring your garden taps thread to confirm it will work with your tap. This suits either 20mm or 25mm threads.

You can then use the included connector for your hose and attach a K-Rain 20mm Tap Adaptor with 19mm Barb for your poly pipe.
