How to connect to garden tap without leaks?

Am starting to go a bit crazy trying to find a quick connector for this tap.

Moved into a new rental and cannot figure this tap out. Have bought several quick snap on connectors and all are loose with water leaking out.

Now know that the vacum breaker is built in so there should be some water coming out between the connector and the tap, but this should only be when the tap is turned off.

Have tried every tool known to man to get the bottom part off to see if it does cone off on both taps we have but it doesn't budge.

Am absolutely desperate as I can't use my pressure washer and when we are charged for every drop we use, can't afford water to be leaking when using the hose.

Just a friendly reminder that all plumbing work must be carried out by a licensed plumber for safety and compliance.

I'm not familiar with that integrated vacum fitting, I suspect that it is fused to the body of the tap which makes it impossible to remove. You are correct in regards to the operation of the vacuum break it should not overflow when the tap is on. I propose speaking to your property manager or landlord in regards to changing the tap to a standard garden tap that has a vacum break on it, such as the Brasshards 15mm T Head Hose Tap with Vacuum Breaker. It's possible that the current tap is malfunctioning.

Was going to reach out to the real estate at first but realised most houses in this new estate have these taps so chances are low of getting them to do anything. Have peeked at other houses hoses but haven't seen a brand name on a connector yet.

Since you've found a link to the tap, I suggest giving the manufacturer a call and finding out why the taps vacum break mechanism keeps flowing out. Perhaps there is a technique to using the tap.
