I have bought a Holman pipe and Holman tap fitting, but the water is leaking all over the place when I turned on the tap. Not sure what I am doing wrong here.
Thanks in advance for any advice on how to resolve this issue.

It appears that the orange part (hose connector) is only marginally locked in place. I suggest pushing the orange hose connector up until it thoroughly locks in place. I've placed a sample image below to give you an idea of how the orange hose connector must be attached to the plastic tap adapter.
