I bought a Ozito electric mower yesterday so I want to know how to register my receipt or register the warranty
Hello @fong0821
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's fabulous to have you join us, and thank you for sharing your question about your Ozito warranty.
Would it be possible for you to post a photo of the model number of the mower you purchased. This will help identify what kind of warranty is applicable to your product.
I recommend taking a photo of your docket so that you can store a digital copy for the future. Make sure to keep the warranty form that came with the product.
Allow me to double check with Ozito and as soon as I have more information, I'll get back to you.
Eric
I've just been in contact with Ozito customer service, there is no need for you to register online. What is important is that you keep a copy of your proof of purchase and the manual that came with the mower. As I mentioned in my last post, I recommend taking a photo of your docket so that you'll have a digital copy handy.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
Please register this product for warranty.
Many thanks John
Hello @JohnStokes
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us, and thank you for sharing your question about your Ozito warranty.
My apologies for removing the picture of your docket. The docket you have is specifically linked to the product you've purchased and needs to be kept private and safe. In regards to your warranty, registration is not required to receive the 5 Year Replacement Warranty on PXC products.
Any of the Power X Change tools that are found to be defective within 5 years will be replaced. Even the lithium-Ion batteries and chargers are covered by a full 3-year replacement warranty. The only part of your tool that isn't covered by the warranty is the consumable parts such as the cutting blades or drill bits.
All you need to do is to keep a copy of your docket. The best way to to do this is to ask the store to send you a digital copy of the docket to your phone or take a photo of the docket and save the picture on a USB or your home computer. The final method is to photocopy the docket and keep the copy along with your important house files.
i was told to register online to receive an additional 2 years on the warranty. Making it 5 years. What is the site address?
Hello @mars
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us.
Can you please tell us what kind of tool you purchased? If you purchased an Ozito PXC branded tool, you'll see a tag printed on the side informing you of the warranty. I'm currently aware of the 5-year tool warranty and the 3-year battery warranty. Allow me to double check with Ozito tomorrow regarding extended warranties. As soon as I have more information, I'll get back to you.
Thank you for your patience.
I've just been in contact with Ozito Customer service, and they informed me that the warranty on the PXC products has not changed and there are no extended warranty offers online. If there was a new offer, it would be immediately seen on the Ozito Website. In order to avail yourself of the Ozito Warranty just make sure to keep a copy of your docket.
The best way to preserve your docket is to take a picture of the docket on a flat surface with your phone, ask for a digital copy from the store to be sent to you or scan it and keep the image in your home computer.
If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.
Hi! I just want to ask if you can help about my Ozito drill. I bought my drill 2020 but unfortunately I’ve lost my receipt. Hopefully you can help me. Tnx!
Hi @Jun28,
Are you having a problem with your drill? If so, we would simply recommend taking it to the tool shop of your local Bunnings store and the team there will be happy to assist. If you purchased the tool with your credit card and can find the date, the team can often assist with retrieving your receipt.
All the best,
Jason
Good am Jason, I went to Bunnings Michinburry one of the staff told me that he needs my receipt but unfortunately I lost it. As far as I remember I paid cash for it. Tnx!
Hello @Jun28
Is that photo of the Ozito box the original container of the drill? Or did you just take a photo of a random Ozito box? Allow me to give Bunnings Minchinbury a call and see if I can track down your docket. As soon as I have more information, I'll get back to you.
Good pm Eric, Yes It is that’s the iriginal box of my drill. Tnx in advance.
I've contacted the store and I'm afraid that the barcode for your product is not enough to track down your product. If you can remember the exact date of purchase and what other items you purchased that day, it might help in tracking down your docket. Have you double checked the contents of the old box? Perhaps the docket was put in there, it's definitely worth double checking.
Good pm Eric, Tnx again for your effort, I recon It’s better for me to have a look and fix it .
Hey how ya going bought a ozito compressor a couple weeks ago when I bought it old m8 at the register told me to make sure I register the warranty online for extended warranty but I've been unable to figure it out
Hi @redhot92a,
Thank you for your question and welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.
There is no need to register your tools online to receive an extended warranty. Simply keep a copy of your receipt and the manual somewhere safe and in the event of the tool's failure within the specified warranty period, it will be replaced.
It's best to store a digital copy of your receipt somewhere safe in case you misplace it. A photo of the receipt stored on your phone is a great idea.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi there,
I purchased an Ozito PXC cordless lawn mower last year, and unfortunately, it broke yesterday. I took it to the nearest Bunnings store, as it was still under warranty.
I received a replacement Ozito PXC 18V 300mm Brushless Lawn Mower (https://www.bunnings.co.nz/ozito-pxc-18v-300mm-brushless-lawn-mower-4-0ah-kit-pxclmk-1418_p0207447), and the staff informed me that if I register the warranty online, it will be valid for five years from today. Could you please guide me on how to register it? Thank you!
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @jhmt. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about Ozito warranty. Please see the Ozito warranty webpage: "Please note warranty registration is not required to receive 5 Year Replacement Warranty on Power X Change products."

How do I register Ozito High Pressure Washer for the 3 year warranty?
Hi @dsagar,
There is no requirement to register your pressure washer to qualify for the 3-year warranty.
If it fails within the warranty period, return the machine to your local store with your proof of purchase and we will replace it.
Saving a picture of your receipt on a hard drive or phone is a good way to ensure you don't lose it.
Good day,
I purchased an Ozito Cordless Hedge Trimmer (Model No. PXCHTS-018) from Bunnings in hastings, but I'm unsure of the exact date—possibly August 24th where the purchase was for 184.66 or August 30th where the purchase was for $164.88, 2023. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the receipt and not sure of the exact date as we usually buy multiple items in a single transaction.
Are you having trouble with your hedge trimmer @Peter351?
If so, just take it into the Hastings store with your credit card details and I'm sure the team in store will be happy to assist.
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. We trust you'll get plenty of help and inspiration for all your home improvement projects from our wonderful community members.
Good morning Jason,
Thank you for your response.
I am missing the screw from the handle, which prevents me from using the hedge trimmer. I initially tried to source the part from spare parts but was advised by Ozito customer support to claim it under warranty.
Unfortunately, I live an hour away from the Hastings store in sth Oakleigh. Is there an alternative way to process the warranty claim without having to visit the store in person?
I appreciate your assistance.
Best regards,Peter351
Hi @Peter351,
I would suggest you give the Hastings store a call on 03 5979 0400 and ask to speak with the team at the Special Order's desk.
I have spoken with our Spare Parts team who have set up an enquiry in our ordering system at the Hastings store. The enquiry number is 321654530. If you quote this number to the Special Order's team, they will be able to bring up the details of this enquiry.
I have also spoken with Ops Manager at the Hastings store who has the details of the purchase that you've provided above and is in the process of locating your receipt. With this receipt, assuming the part is available, the team will be able to order the part you require.
If you can locate the specific part in the exploded diagram below, this will also help the team at Hastings greatly.
From there, you will have to discuss options for getting the part to you with the team at Hastings.
Let me know if there is anything else I can assist with.
Hi Jason,
This has been incredibly frustrating—all over a faulty screw on my trimmer. When I spoke to my local Bunnings, they mentioned that other trimmers were also missing the same screw, so it seems to be a common issue.
The missing parts are No. 17 and 18.
I still haven’t heard back from the manager regarding the receipt. If having a receipt is so critical, why doesn’t Bunnings have a system where purchases can be retrieved using a phone number? It would make things so much easier.
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks, peter
Hello @Peter351
I apologize for the delay in service. Please allow me to follow up with the team in Hastings. As soon as we have more information, we'll get back to you.
I'm sorry to hear this has been a frustrating experience. I've spoken to Mark, the operations manager at Bunnings Hastings. He is more than happy to swap the machine over for you without proof of purchase if you're in the area.
Unfortunately, the bolt assembly for the handle is not available from Ozito.
If you are unable to attend the store, please contact Mark to discuss delivery options.

Hi do I register for warranty for my Ozito PXC 18V Cordless Pruner And Hedge Trimmer 2.5Ah Kit PXPPHTK-258 I/N: 0572660?
Hi @ArnoldWong,
A warm welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community and thank you for your question.
There is no need to register your Ozito Cordless Pruner and Hedge Trimmer to receive the warranty. The 5-year warranty applies as long as you can present your proof of purchase if and when you are looking to claim it.
It's a good idea to take a photo of your receipt and store it on a computer or hard drive in case you lose the physical copy of the receipt.
