Accidently, I used the wrong weed killer and it killed the grass. I know its a stupid mistake but I'm already in stress and also looking after our new born. Please help
Hello @Ad444
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about regrowing your grass.
A similar question was asked awhile back, I suggest having a look at the discussion - How to revive lawn after using Roundup? by @stirlingfam. There are some very specific suggestions on how to treat lawn when accidentally spayed with weed killer. Since there is still a fair bit of grass on your lawn, I leave the choice up to you. You can either water down the weed killer and wait for the lawn to slowly recover or cut off the dead lawn and re-plant with new lawn rolls.
Here are some handy step-by-step guides:

Thanks
This is a month ago when I used wrong weed killer.
This is after a month photos, 2 weeks ago I used basic lawn seed repair and fertiliser. I've watering it for last 2 weeks every morning. Would like to know what should I do.
Hello @Ad444
It appears that parts of your lawn are recovering nicely, I suggest aerating those sections that are still bare and not showing any lawn improvement. Add a layer of Scotts Lawn Builder 25L Organic Lawn Soil Topdress & Underlay and re-seed the surface. Please be patient, it is a slow recovery process, but your lawn will recover in time.
Eric
Thank you.
Waiting time is not a problem for me, I still have 10 months left on my lease 😂.
Can I install grass plugs on those sections which are not showing any improvement?
Would grass plugs work in this case?
And as you can see in photos, a lot of weed is also growing, what should I do for that?
Hello @Ad444
It is possible to patch your lawn for a faster repair process. Have a look at this guide - How to repair a lawn by @Adam_W. I recommend manual removal in regards to the weeds, I propose using a Fiskars 4 Prongs Xact Weed Puller or a Cyclone Stand-up Weeder Timber Handle. I don't recommend any chemicals at the moment as your lawn is still under stress.
