How to revive lilli pillies dying back?

We have hedges of LilliPillies and lately they have been dying back quite badly. They have a lot of white lumps all over the branches and despite using NEEM oil the problem persists.

wooooo I havnt seen that before and I am more commenting so I can also find out how to tackle that one!

You might like to have a read through this helpful guide: How to diagnose and revive a sick lilly pilly. Those white lumps are scale and best fought with Yates Scale Gun Insect Pest Killer. However, there are likely other issues going on, too, and the guide will help you identify them.
