We have hedges of LilliPillies and lately they have been dying back quite badly. They have a lot of white lumps all over the branches and despite using NEEM oil the problem persists.

Those white lumps are scale and best fought with Yates Scale Gun Insect Pest Killer. However, there are likely other issues going on, too, and the guide will help you identify them.Please let me know if you have any questions.Mitchell
