Is it possible to connect this solar panel battery to electricity as a back up

I recently bought a solar powered water fountain  which has a back up battery attached to the solar panel that seems to have a third port - is it possible to connect this to electricity to charge the battery and if so, how?

I'm sorry but I am not familiar with this solar panel and its controller. I suggest contacting the solar panel manufacturer through email and asking them if your idea is applicable to the existing set. I'm not sure what the purpose of the third port is, and it would be best to check your operator's manual to see what it's designed to do. I don't recommend making any adjustments or connections to the solar panel controller that are not specified on the operator's manual as it might short circuit and damage the controller along with the panel.
