Should I remove fungi in garden bed?

I have recently added a third garden bed, with all soil, compost and mulch bought at Bunnings (like the other two).
Now in the third one I have some mushrooms/fungi growing everywhere (but not in the other garden beds).
What is it? Should I do something about it?

The mushrooms in your third garden bed are a common occurrence, especially when using fresh organic materials like compost and mulch. They’re typically harmless and are actually a good sign that the soil is rich in organic matter and breaking down well. Fungi play an important role in decomposing organic material, which helps enrich the soil for your plants.

If the mushrooms bother you, you can simply remove them by hand, but they’ll often disappear on their own as the organic material decomposes further. Avoid using fungicides, as these can harm beneficial microbes in your soil. Just keep an eye on them, and as long as they aren’t affecting your plants, there’s no need for concern.
