What drip emitter I should use to prevent water leaking from the host. I already have installed pressure reducer per spec. but water is leaking from the connection between the host and the flexi pipe. I believe I use the wrong connector/emitter.

I believe the Poly Irrigation Barbed Pope 4mm Joiner installation has become too big. I suggest using a Pope 4mm Sealing Plug And Punch Spanner and taping over it with T-Rex 48mm x 1.5m Strong Waterproofing Tape.
You can then punch a new hole further away from the old hole using the punch panner that came with the plug kit. This will produce a clean hole where you can attach your old emitter fitting into.
