How would I know what size builders plastic would be needed to line a potato picking bin?

Morning all. Assuming the Bin is a standard pallet size (about 1.2m square and .9m high) - you will need 3m builders plastic - if it is 3m or more wide. If it's not 3m wide you'll need 2 lots of 3m.
BUT - what are you lining it for?. If you are going to plant into it then builders plastic might not be the best opotion as it won't allow it to drain - which would be problematic.
