Hi, I want to add a dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator water connection to the cold water supply inlet under sink. Is it possible? If yes, what parts and sizes are needed? Thanks in advance.

Just a friendly reminder that any plumbing work needs to be carried out by a licensed plumber for safety and compliance.
Generally speaking, yes, it is possible to install three outlets for the appliances you'll be putting in. The plumber will probably install a copper pipe with three brass outlets where they will connect three Brasshards Mini Washing Machine Tap 20mm Chrome Lead Free one for each appliance. Depending on the plumber's preference they might use SmarteX or brass fittings.
