Does Bunnings have a customer resolutiions team that work on a weekend. My kitchen was meant to be here Friday. I have had trades sitting most of the day waiting (just in case) for the kitchen to arrive in the case that Bunnings decided to deliver on Saturday. They have not. It gets worse. No reciept was issued to me via email. When I log in there is not purchase history that refelcts this sale. I can confirm that there is an entry on my bank statment. This whole thing seems unlike Bunning, who, are generally quite reliable. Maybe there is a system faukt and my order is simply helf up. I dont know. So, if anyone knows who I can call on the wekend, please let me know.

I'm sorry to hear you are having some issues with your kitchen order. Unfortunately, I don't have access to transaction information to assist you personally, but I can certainly point you in the right direction.
If the order was placed through a specific store, then contacting that store would be the best option.
If the order was placed online and not through a specific store, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support team on 1800 797 586. Their operating hours are - Mon to Fri 8am to 7pm AEDT and 8:30am to 5pm AEDT Sat to Sun.

Just some feedback - the contact centre is reporting that they are closed and to contact them Monday to Friday - I already called the store and they said (as you have advised) that as this was done online only head office can deal with it - i will send the trades home now - its a little disappointing as I have had to pay them yesterdays and todays wages for no result. I hope Monday brings a resolution and that head office notices this thread and the expense I have had to shoulder due to Bunnings error.
