How to fix Mondella Resonance 35mm Matte Black pull out?

Bought my Mondella Resonance Multi- Function Sink Mixer and the hose does

not pull up itself everytime we use. Looks like the weight is not heavy enough. How do o fix it?

I propose attaching the counterweight at a higher location along the hose. If it's located too low on the side of the hose, it will not pull the hose back in. I propose doing a bit of testing until you reach the correct balance.

Tried few different positions and still didn’t work. Not sure if that was the mixer itself has problem or sth else

My only other suggestion is to test the hose and pull it backwards and forwards to see if it is catching on anything in the assembly. Is it catching on the other hoses? Is anything getting in the way of the hose from retracting back? Please keep in mind that the weight will not fully retract the hose into the slot, its job is to prevent the hose from falling into the sink when pulled out of the body of the tap. If you have just recently purchased the tap and you wish to exchange the unit, please make sure to bring your docket along with any packaging the tap came with so that the customer service team can track down your sale.
