How to fix black stain on Tasmanian Oak flooring?

Need help on how to remove or fix the black stain on tasmanian oak flooring as per attached photo. We have sanded it several times but still no improvement. Is there still a way to remove the black stain? Not sure what causes the stain, previous tenant didn't manage it properly. Thank you in advance for any help/suggestions.

Thank you for your question and welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.

I'd suggest using Diggers Rust And Stain Cleaner which is an oxalic acid-based product that can be used to rejuvenate timber such as this.

Have a look at the user guide which recommends the below process for rejuvenating timber.
