How to fix this burned laminated kitchen top
Hello @dipratn
Welcome to the Bunnings workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your benchtop.
I suggest using dish washing soap and water along with Scotch-Brite 155 x 100mm Heavy Duty Scourer Pad. Gently scrub the burned sections until they fade away and are barely noticeable. Please do not over scrub the surface that you strip the colour off the laminated surface. Your goal is to remove the burned sections only. Because you have a mottled surface design, I suggest getting a sample pot of light grey and light beige. Use a small brush to blot the surface to hide the damaged section of the benchtop. It may be necessary to touch up the damaged section every now and then when the paint starts to fade.

Thanks @EricL for your quick response. Adding few more photos to explain the issue.
One Imagine showing at length of distance.
another Image explains issue in 3 parts/areas.
Rest 3 images per each area.
1st part of image - Shows burned surface with bit of teared laminate.
2nd part of image - Nothing major probably your earlier suggestion should work I guess
3rd part - again same as 1st
Please what else I need, probably after scrubbing, something to fill before matching the colour?
Any help much appreciated.
Hello @dipratn
If the burns are very deep, I suggest filling the holes with PC-11 56g White Epoxy Paste. Make sure not to overfill the holes and have it close to the same level of the benchtop so that you won't have to sand the surface too much. Once the epoxy cures you can then paint over it. Please note that the epoxy is white in colour and must be painted to disguise it.
