Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your benchtop.
If you wish to patch it yourself, I recommend using PC-11 56g White Epoxy Paste. Simply mix the putty in your hand and push it into the damages area of the benchtop. Feather the top and edge so that it is level with the benchtop surface. You can also sand the surface down if you wish but just be careful not to damage the stone surface in the process. Please note that the patch will dry off-white and will not match the finish of your benchtop.
Your other option is to engage the services of a professional stone top repair person. They will have the Knowlege and skill to repair your benchtop and match its finish.
