How to fix gas stovetop igniter, Brisbane Queensland
Hello @Pratikshya,
Is that the only burner that does not spark?
Can you smell gas coming up when trying to ignite?
Does the cooktop have another burner the same size?
Here is something to read:

I have come across burners that simply won't ignite because the actual igniter was fouled with grease and gunk.
Note: For obvious safety reasons you are very limited in what you can do and any work on gas appliances must be carried out by qualified person.
Cheers
Hi @Pratikshya,
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is wonderful to have you with us.
Like @AlanM52 mentioned, a good clean is about the best you can do without professional assistance. Try giving it a scrub to get rid of any caked-on grease and gunk that could be affecting it.
Unfortunately, due to the inherent risks involved with gas fittings, any repairs beyond this would need to be carried out by a suitably licensed professional.
I'd suggest you start by contacting the manufacturer of the oven for their recommendations, and if they do not have any, use a service such as Hipages to find an appliance repairer with a gas fitting licence.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
