We have the spout mixer tap as pictured. The tap is around 6 months old and was part of a kitchen renovation done before we moved in.
Just recently the tap has started to drain water after I’ve turned it off. It runs for a good second or two when previously it would immediately cease when turned off on the mixer tap.
At the advice of others I’ve checked the aerator and it’s clear of any debris. I’ve also read comments that this is working as intended but it is something that has only recently started happening.
We have similar taps in the bathroom albeit they had much smaller spouts and they have no similar issues.
